Returns & Refunds.

Some customers occasionally measure the wrong ring size or bangle and this is OK! It happens, so please don’t worry. 

I do however ask that all packaging is kept in its best condition and returned clearly to the address provided. Any charges whilst returning the jewellery is the sole responsibility of the customer.

There is a 14 day return period. Refunds will only be agreed under exceptional circumstances, any damage to the package or jewellery on arrival will be the sole responsibility of the customer. 

  • Rings can be resized and sent back to you. 
  • Bangles can be resized and sent back to you.
  • Earrings, unfortunately can not be returned or refunded due to hygiene reasons.
  • Custom orders can not be returned or refunded.

At Silvercubs, all handmade jewellery will vary from one piece to another, making every single item unique. I hope that your purchased jewellery is what you expected and that you love it more when it’s in your hand. As the sole designer and silversmith behind each piece, I value my customers satisfaction and I will do my best to help where I can.

 Data protection.

Any correspondence from silvercubs to the customer will be protected. Personal Information including names, addresses and telephone numbers will never be shared or forwarded on for any reason.

Occasionally silvercubs might send newsletters of new products to costumers who have subscribed to emails on  shop updates.

Any positive comments or photographs of the customer wearing Silvercubs jewellery will be checked with the customer first to use on any social media platform.
